About This Project

Profile: Tipsy Cow Burger Bar - A Gastro Oasis by Elite Horticulture Services Taking place in Kent, WA, the landscaping for Tipsy Cow Burger Bar has changed this location into a dinner-inviting culinary oasis. Our job was to create a robust environment for this outdoor dining experience that is both enticing and complimentary to the bar's eatery atmosphere. We incorporated both modern landscaping and native plantings in the design. Our goal was to fill the perennial beds with plentiful, low-maintenance plantings that would provide color and interest throughout the year. We created carefully laid out stone pathways of locally sourced flagstone to guide guests through the gardens while maintaining the outdoor seating area and inviting guests to come explore the gardens. As a final touch, our craftsman built wooden trellis with climbing vines to provide and entice shade and create a comfortable, cozy setting. A major challenge to the was the site's sloped condition. Our experienced crew graded the top of the slope with both drainage and the natural beauty of the landscape in mind. We also took environmentally sustainable practices by using reclaimed water for irrigation purposes and drought tolerant plants that thrive in the Pacific Northwest's climate. In the end, this was a huge success for all parties involved, providing functionality and appeal. Tipsy Cow Burger Bar now features an inviting outdoor space with seamless service that not only provides a recreational meeting space, but provides a beautiful dining experience, while providing aesthetically pleasing plantings and space for dining.
