Caption: Camargo Penthouse Camargo Penthouse , completed by SAVINO MILLER DESIGN STUDIO, is a great example of the luxurious way of living that urban landscaping offers in Miami. This rooftop oasis invites you to be a part of the beautiful Miami skyline while immersing yourself in natural beauty high above the city. We were enlisted to reimagine a harsh blank canvas that sat empty and uninspired. Our team thoughtfully selected an array of coastal, tropical plants such as vibrant bougainvillea, fragrant jasmine, and beautiful palm trees for year-round interest that would bring joy, but also withstand the area's climate. To elevate the landscape design with minimal maintenance during the humid summer months, we incorporated simple natural stone as well as sustainably sourced wood in the hardscaping to make it warm and welcoming. The focal point of the design is a custom-built pergola that frames the views while also providing shade to enjoy in the garden. We integrated an efficient irrigation system that helps conserve water and doesn't add confusion to the overall maintenance of the garden. The lighting design invites the garden to welcome nature into the day and extend the enjoyment into the night with a unique atmosphere. The final design is a luxurious penthouse garden extending the size and entertainment space. This really shows the craftsmanship of the collaborators in the quality and attention to detail that goes into a quality garden. The ecstatic clients now have a place where they can appreciate nature privately without leaving the city, or invite guests to relax and mingle, while all around them is the stunning skyline of Miami.
