Auburn Lakes Estates Backyard Refresh Proud of another successful renovation , we present the Auburn Lakes Estates Backyard Renovation from ELI Land Design, LLC. This , situated in the center of Conroe, paired functionality with beauty to create a calming natural escape. One of the biggest aspects of the renovation was the overhaul of the backyard, which had some difficulties like sloping ground and poor drainage. With the help of our skilled team, we solved these problems by providing state-of-the-art grading system, drainage solution that would last and sustain these issues. Some of the key features of this renovation included the addition of a natural travertine custom designed stone patio for an outdoor surface that is perfect in both durability and style for outdoor entertaining. We also added in the fire pit surround with natural boulders for a great space for family and friends to gather. A diverse selection of colourful perennials are sited adjacent to the visitor centre and native shrubs, strategically placed in the landscape, that require little maintenance stretch towards the river supporting biodiversity form between the several sections of built space. For a touch of luxury, we commissioned a sparkling water feature with a waterfall for this backyard that provides a focal point and also brings calm through sound. An array of energy-efficient LED lighting plays up signature elements and enables revelry far into the night.
