Summary: Manhattan Penthouse Garden Date: October 2023 A revitalization of an existing penthouse garden at a Manhattan address Description: Dragonetti Bros Landscapes is pleased to present the renovations of the penthouse garden at an address in Manhattan. The garden is a new sustainable space we have designed that establishes our quality and innovative design while fitting the unique demands of urban living. First, we did a comprehensive site assessment, which allowed us to understand the client's dream of providing a tranquil escape from the urban setting. We had to work with a small space and work with materials that did not add weight to building structure. After thoroughly assessing the site, we decided on high-grade composite decking and modular planters to marry the aesthetic and functional aspects of the design. Next, we finalized the planting scheme to include a variety of fun perennial plants, as well as attractive evergreens to ensure the garden offered appeal every season of the year. An irrigation system was installed to maintain optimum watering. The design includes decorative stone pathways to allow visitors to walk through the landscape. We paid special attention to detail with the lighting design. We installed subtle, integrated fixtures that can help create a nice atmosphere for gatherings or family time. We added soft seating areas to invite visitors to relax and enjoy the newly created space. The objective of the was two-fold, to show our craftsmanship to design and create excellent landscape s and to show our ingenuity in overcoming the challenges of an urban landscape to create a functional, vibrant, and fun small space garden. The client deserves congratulations for having a very attractive outdoor community space, where they can escape the busy city life for a while. Finally, we are thrilled to conclude that Dragonetti Bros Landscapes has redefined quality landscape excellence, one job at a time.
