Marina Garden Summary Rock & Rose Landscapes San Francisco is pleased to present the Marina Garden , a remarkable renovation of an urban outdoor area into a tranquil oasis. Situated in the heart of San Francisco, the Marina Garden seamlessly combines contemporary design with nature, creating a balanced space for relaxation and entertainment. The Marina Garden provides an intentional layout using native plant materials, drought tolerant species, and seasonal color, adding beauty while increasing local biodiversity. High end materials such as sustainably sourced hardwood decking and bluestone pathways were utilized for both durability and aesthetics. The challenge of the was working within spatial constraints while achieving adequate drainage for the outdoor area. Our team managed the site by engineering a comprehensive drainage system utilizing permeable pavers that function to move water, while providing a modern finish for the garden. A water feature creates the focal point of the Marina garden. The gentle cascade of water creates an auditory landscape while providing a habitat for local wildlife. Framed by flowing greenery, we created intimate seating areas and hubs for family gatherings and quiet reflection. The end result of the is a spectacular landscape that fulfills the client’s vision. The Marina garden is another great example of Rock & Rose's quality, creativity, and sustainable efforts while producing a space for the clients that reflects the natural beauty of San Francisco. The client is absolutely pleased with their urban outdoor oasis sundrenched with gatherings and quiet time spent outdoors for years to come.
