Valdes 'Miami West' Modern Design SP Gardens - Susanna Pagan Landscape Design is excited to share the Valdes 'Miami West' Modern Design , a beautiful renovation located in the heart of San Diego. This modern landscape design combines elegance and function effortlessly, creating an oasis that embodies the essence of coastal living. We created an extraordinary outdoor living area within this property that blends lush green spaces with modern design elements. Meet our uniquely curated native, drought tolerant plant selection, sustainability and natural beauty is important! The patio was built with beautiful porcelain tile in an interesting geometry that comprises a sleek outdoor area for enjoyment and entertainment. As established with our clients, the sloped site posed some challenges along the way. Throughout the we continually created innovative ways to clarify and address sloping and uneven terrain while maintaining a balanced, functional and aesthetically pleasing presentation. Beautiful tiered garden beds that add elevation and dimension, optimal drainage and accessibility were crafted and incorporated into the overall design. Custom cedar fencing and cedar privacy screens were built to create intimate spaces without closing the expanse and feel of the property. The final design result is modern design and nature intertwine and coexist seamlessly, with ambient LED lighting designed to highlight key landscaping features by night. Our clients were equally excited their newly remodeled landscape, and found satisfaction that the landscape not only improved curb appeal, but also provided a tranquil retreat for family gatherings.
