Backyard Remodel - Del Mar SP Gardens - Susanna Pagan Landscape Design is thrilled to bring to you the 'Backyard Remodel - Del Mar.' This is a complete landscape remodel that transformed the outdoor living experience of our happy clients. Located in Del Mar, the goal of this exemplified quality, creativity, and sustainability. This will serve homeowners unpacking in areas like Cardiff By The Sea, Carlsbad, Encinitas, and others. The kicked off with a full consultation to gather our clients' motivation and vision, which included a peaceful space to be used for relaxation and entertaining. The site we worked with was sloped and had limited usability; our team was able to develop a level and terraced engagement space for multiple uses. To improve the overall aesthetics of the , we chose native drought resistant plants that would flourish in the environment without the need for additional water. We also focused on material choices that would resonate with the environmental aspects of the ; natural stone pavers were selected for pathways and patios that added character and durability. We added a beautiful water feature to the to create a soothing sound of running water. Our remodel also considered light quality; we were able to add LED fixtures in strategic places for illuminated pathways and specific highlighted landscape features. The lighting added functionality to the outdoor views while allowing the space to be usable in the evening. Every detail was considered in the craftsmanship, from the precision of the stonework and material installation, to the plantings arrangement. Overall, clients were presented with a beautiful backyard oasis that was functional and beautiful, and fun since it exceeded their expectations. Today, they are spending time outdoors in a vibrant space that fits their needs for entertaining, relaxing, and inspiring.
