Located in Glendale, this landscape demonstrates our commitment to quality and ours is not the only proud success as Altadena, Burbank, La Canada Flintridge and surrounding communities we've had the pleasure of serving. The began with a thorough site assessment to account for the property's unique terrain and sun issues. We developed an engaging design for the property that incorporated a variety of drought-tolerant plants, iconic bougainvillea and fragrant culinary herbs. All plants selected are well-suited to the local Mediterranean climate. With the use of locally sourced natural stone pathways and terracotta tile we crafted an inviting space while utilizing custom wrought-iron gates that helped maintain the authenticity of the . One of the unique challenges of the was the uneven landscape needs that required originality in grading the areas to facilitate drainage and remediate the overall visual flow of the entire landscape to appear seamless. Our artisans created tiered planting beds which served both the aesthetics of the property while also providing function and utility for planting and enjoyable spaces in the terrain. At the heart of 'Glendale Spanish' is an authentic outdoor living space with an adobe-like fireplace, ideal for lounging outside under the stars. The surrounding area is comprised of a variety of native drought-tolerant plants that not only fit the design but help reduce water usage and provide enhanced biodiversity in the area. Overall, it is a beautiful new retreat that exemplifies the aesthetics of Spanish design, with very low maintenance, sustainable landscape. Our clients were beyond thrilled with the end result and shared enthusiam in their new outdoor living space that reflects thier lifestyle and values.
