The Hall South Beach SAVINO MILLER DESIGN STUDIO is thrilled to showcase an extraordinary landscape called 'The Hall South Beach', a that totally reinvented the aspect of outdoor chic in Miami. The embraced the energy of the coastal environment, incorporating beautiful native Florida plants with modern design components echoing the lifestyle of South Beach. The plan included an elaborate design with Florida native and climate-adaptable species such as stemmed hibiscus, perfumed jasmine, and hearty palms to promote plant growth while reducing water demand. We also used sustainable materials like reclaimed wood and permeable pavers to create visual interest as well as sustainable landscaping. One of the major constraints of the was the site's unique topography, which required consideration of water drainage and flood mitigation for heavy rains. Our team developed innovative rain garden solutions that not only mitigated stormwater, but became a prominent landscape aesthetic. The end result is an absolutely stunning outdoor environment, complete with a tranquil water feature, comfortable and inviting seating spaces, and beautifully colored gardens that invites relaxation but also social functions. Our commitment to providing quality and attention to detail gave the client the final, luxurious touch of a lifestyle retreat that encompasses the South Beach vibe.
