We set out on this transformative with a desire to bring to the surface the best of the property in a way that is functional and sustainable. This included a major redesign for the front and backyard, with an extensive list of beautiful plant species that grow well in our climate, while also providing habitat for local wildlife. We chose materials carefully, including natural stone meandering pathways and a custom built stone retaining wall, that adds interest and stability to the landscape. The main challenge we overcame was the sloped land and not good drainage in other parts. Our talented team designed an entire drainage system, installing French drains, as well as grading at just the right locations to ensure water does not pool, which will save our landscape installations going forward. We even designed a water feature that included a bubbling fountain and seating areas around it to create an oasis for the homeowners. The end product is a combination of aesthetics and functionality with colorful flowerbeds, plants, and a centered entranceway that adds a ton to the curb appeal.
