Leesburg, Gorgeous Outdoor Living Space by Holloway Company Inc. Located right in the middle of Leesburg, Holloway Company Inc. completed the required landscaping to convert a basic backyard into a beautiful outdoor oasis. We crafted a multi-use space that perfectly balances form with function, allowing the client the ideal entertaining escape while ensuring a harmonious transition from the home to the outdoors. This included a beautiful mix of hardscaping and softscaping. We used natural stone pavers for a large patio that can accommodate all gatherings, and a custom built outdoor kitchen complete with premium stainless-steel appliances. We added an aesthetically pleasing fire pit with seating for those cozy evenings beneath the stars. Understanding that sustainability was a priority, we used native plants and low water use plants that are still beautiful. They were able to select ornamental grasses, colorful perennials, and shrubs that created layers of textures and colors and provide privacy screens from surrounding homes. Among the challenges was the uneven terrain of the site the solution involved savvy grading and drainage to avoid water pooling. Our experienced team created a solution with a combination of French drains, and a series of rain gardens to maximize the longevity of the landscape complimenting natural beauty. The end result left the client ecstatic and excited to finally have his own personal piece of outdoor oasis with living spaces that flowed naturally between both the indoors and out. Functional design with high-quality materials and great attention a real sense of uniqueness on the outdoor experience in a way they could get their own style and increased the home value.
