About This Project

Summary: Daphne Circle Park Daphne Circle Park is a by TG&R Landscape Group that reflects our passion for transforming outdoor areas into neighborhood spaces. Located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, this park is meant to be a new space for residents of Catawba to Tega Cay to escape with their families. The design implements a combination of native plant types for long-term sustainability and to provide a new level of beauty to the area. Our team selected durable, quality materials, with locally sourced permeable paving stones for pathways that provide both beauty and rainwater management. Uneven topography provided a challenge. The landscape architects of our team developed a solution in tiered planting beds to minimize erosion and add another level of color and texture. The added benefit is maximizing space while keeping visitors in mind by improving overall accessibility. Additionally, we have included the latest in smart technology irrigation for the most efficient use of water, while nourishing the plants for the seasons to come. A circular gazebo, built from reclaimed wood, serves as a stunning focal point and a place for community gatherings. On completion, Daphne Circle Park went above and beyond the client's expectations in providing a favored gathering space for recreation and fellowship. Residents have provided positive feedback their new park as another connection to their well-being.
