Job: Smart Pergola Patio by Engledow Estates Engledow Estates is excited to introduce the 'Smart Pergola Patio'an outside living located in beautiful Carmel, Crows Nest, Meridian Hills, North Crows Nest, Westfield, Williams Creek and Zionsville. This design will provide both modern technology and the beauty of nature to create an outdoor oasis for the homeowners. At the center of the is a smart pergola, made with high-end materials with weather resistance capabilities, so it will stand the test of time. The pergola is equipped with LED lighting and automated retractable screens to enhance comfort and leisure time. It will provide the homeowners with comfort, leisure and relaxation, rain or shine and snow or sun. Many challenges were faced by our experienced team throughout this including a sloped yard, which required the ground to be graded to form a flat level area to achieve the desired patio surface. Other challenges included navigating existing landscape featuresmature trees and flowering shrubs so maturewhile also abiding district regulations to create a seamless addition to the surrounding landscape. The patio is finished with custom-cut natural stone pavers that look absolutely stunning, showing off the natural beauty of the home. Custom designed planters filled with flowering perennials and fragrant herbs and other plants, were strategically placed near the pergola to provide color and aroma to the patio. The resulting completed outdoor living oasis community of multiple elements that meet and exceed the client's requests. The Smart Pergola Patio creates the perfect gathering location for friends and family and promotes outdoor living and value for the homeowner.
