Engledow Estates Multi-Phase Engledow Estates is excited to present the 'Multi-Phase ', a collaborative landscape transformation designed to enhance outdoor spaces in the distinguished neighborhoods of Carmel, Crows Nest, Meridian Hills, North Crows Nest, Westfield, Williams Creek, and Zionsville. The represented a multi-phase process in which we combined various elements to improve the look as well as the usage of the properties. We began with a site analysis, allowing the team to learn the benefits and challenges for each unique property’s landscape. Our goal was to use a combination of native plants, ornamental trees, and flower beds to create an attractive sustainable landscape that had year-round appeal. High-quality, long-lasting materials were also utilized such as natural stone paths, decorative gravel, and timber edging. All materials were used to create well-manicured outdoor amenities that worked well with each property’s existing conditions. One of the primary challenges resulted from the uneven grading of the areas with either wildflower beds or natural grasses. This required creative grading solutions, so aesthetic drainage and usability for property owners was accomplished. We creatively solved these challenges by converting the slopes into terraced gardens, which not only became a distinguishing feature visually, but also improved functionality. As each phase was completed, our focus on quality workmanship was evident while constructing custom outdoor living spaces that featured outdoor fire pits, seating, and lighting. As a result, these outdoor settings became inviting areas for when families and friends gathered for entertaining or simply spent time together outside. Ultimately, the result was a stunning landscape that clients could not have dreamed up: beautiful, functional, and sustainable. Clients were ecstatic with their property finishes. Their spaces evolved into areas where they could relax as well as entertain others. The 'Multi-Phase ' is a showcase of Engledow Estates commitment to high-quality landscape craftsmanship and an experience many of the current and future residents of these neighborhoods will never forget.
