Lakewood II The `Lakewood II' by Chuck B Edwards Landscape Architecture & 3D is nestled amongst the scenic of Boise. Hydro-seeding architecture gave multiple acres of a residential vacant lot the feel of an outdoor room and an extension to the expansive beauty of the Idaho area. Lakewood II boasts stunningly crafted hardscapes natural stone walkways weaving past flowering beds, abundant greenery and several courtyards. Durability and aesthetics were accounted by using materials like granite sourced locally and timber which was sustainable. At the center is a beautiful water feature with a custom pond and waterfall that attracts local wildlife and creates a soothing atmosphere. Site of uneven topography was one of the core challenges faced during the . To overcome this challenge the team masterfully added terraced garden beds that were not only an attractive feature but also facilitated better drainage and soil quality. The strategic selection of native plants (which we chose for their inherent resistance and low maintenance) and the careful arrangement on their right side, provided the right aesthetics, while creating biodiversity in their own distinctive patterns of blooming seasons. This extensive landscaping results in pure magic. Today, an entry lined with flowering plants and ornamental grasses welcomes clients to a functional outdoor living area, featuring a fire pit and a lounge set for entertaining. Not only have the Lakewood II upgraded the property visually but they have also delivered a space that makes sense in terms of a harmonious environment suited for a life of relaxation, and outdoor living.
