Garza's Backyard Retreat An Impressive Outdoor Living Space This within the centre of Crows Landing saw the reimagining of an under-utilised former backyard of a home to create a peaceful retreat for rest and entertaining. A consultation started it all with understanding the clients aspirations and we designed the in a way that would integrate seamlessly all aspects of landscaping. Our professionals custom designed and installed a durable, quality patio for our client using stamped concrete that resembled the natural look of stone, but was high quality, low maintenance and able to withstand the outdoor wear and sparable use! This large patio is where you will hold gatherings, family barbecues, and quiet evenings under the stars. Besides the patio, we added colourful native plant flower beds that contribute beauty with low maintenance while also increasing biodiversity. Sustainable landscaping principles are used the center is landscaped with drought-resistant plants that can still keep the retreat green. The steep slope of the backyard represented one of the biggest hurdles for the . Our team constructed several levels of retaining walls with natural stone for both structural support and aesthetics. This out-of-the-box solution increased usable square footage, as well as depth and character to the site. To create ambiance, we added nicely positioned outdoor lighting to highlight unique elements and to enable use after dark without disrupting the peacefulness of the retreat. An inviting fire pit area and comfortable seating, perfect for gathering, was also integrated.
