Lexington Master Plan by Nilsen Landscape Design, LLC At Nilsen Landscape Design, LLC, we are excited to share the Lexington Master Plan, a vibrant landscaping that completely transformed our clients outdoor living space in Lexington, Massachusetts. This creative plan combined natural aesthetic with functional design, which elevated the appeal of their landscape while introducing areas for privacy, relaxation, and entertaining. The design team made use of quality, sustainable materials such as locally sourced stone for sidewalks and patios, durable hardwood for custom decking, and native species planted in the landscape. The resulting landscape will provide low-maintenance beauty in the Boston climate. Additionally, there is a stunning water feature that allows for visual interest and peaceful sounds from the running water. Another challenge we encountered was the property grading situation. The grading of the property was not even which made it difficult to create level spaces for the clients lounging and dining area. Consequently, we proposed the use of retaining walls. After the implementation of the plan this solution also dealt with the concerns drainage that were affecting the property. The outcome is a beautiful outdoor oasis with a colorful garden with flowers throughout all four seasons, an ample patio for entertaining, and intimate seating areas tucked away with the new lush landscape. The clients expressed excitement and gratitude regarding the finished product and noted how much they are enjoying their new outdoor living areas. The entire process highlighted the value of craftsmanship and attention to detail, which resulted with a client experience that exceeded their expectations. The Plan will be contend, as it represents our commitment to aesthetically pleasing functional space, and highlights how we enhance the lives of our clients and the communities we serve.
