The began with a thorough consultation, so we could understand the client's concept of an inviting, colorful front yard. The design featured a mix of natural plants, flowering beds, and a winding stone path to the front of the house. The plants we selected are all drought-tolerant, such as the Desert Marigold and Red Yucca; in addition to supporting sustainability, they provide an explosion of color every season of the year. One of the challenges identified was that the front yard had an uneven surface, so we added grading and soil stabilization for a nice, level surface. Planting in a disturbed area requires careful consideration and skill, so we utilized quality materials, including natural stone pavers, and soil amendments. We also installed an energy-efficient irrigation system that exemplifies our commitment to sustainability, minimizing water consumption, and protecting the beautiful plant installation. The end result is beautifully designed. The new front yard now has a stunning focal point a handmade stone bench encircled by colorful blooms. The bench is a wonderful spot to enjoy the serene views of the landscape. All of the plants will thrive in this local environment and attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
