this E.L.I Land Design, LLC Carlton Woods Located in the exclusive community of Carlton Woods, E.L.I. Land Design, LLC recently finished a landscaping that masterfully combines the beauty of nature with outdoor relaxation and entertainment functionality. Our pros service Conroe, Houston, Magnolia, Spring, Woodloch, Cut and Shoot, Panorama Village and Willis, and we were able to treat this with our trademark quality and creativity. The balance of hardscaping and softscaping was perfect in the Carlton Woods . Locally sourced flagstone was used for beautiful pathways and patios paired with functional and appealing retaining walls designed and installed by us. Our landscape architects selected a combination of plants, with native varieties such as Texas sage, ornamental grasses, and flowering crepe myrtles, contributing to a landscape design that embraces the local climate with a verdant habitat. The other big challenge was overcoming the unique cantilevered topography of the site. We graded the land on site so it is at the right level for proper drainage keeping the flooded area away from the house as well as add a great design. Finally, we added a water-saving irrigation system that operates very efficiently, but in a way that does not jeopardize the well-being of the landscape. Topping off the is a beautifully designed outdoor living space with a custom fire pit and seating area, ideal for entertaining or cozy nights under the stars. They also included a gentle stream that creates a calming atmosphere that encourages relaxation. The end result was above and beyond what the client expected while adding beauty to the property.
