Description of the Georgian Manor by Liquidscapes Located in the heart of a distinguished neighborhood, the Georgian Manor landscape by Liquidscapes is a remarkable reflection of our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Covering a broad geographic range that includes Alpine, New Vernon and Sea Girt, we turned this large estate into a gorgeous outdoor extension of the home, combining classic charm and modern functionality. The kicked off with an in-depth consultation to determine the client's goals for their outdoor space. Our team incorporated a lovely garden, a grand stone path, and a stunning water feature at the center of the landscape. Using the best materials, such as local bluestone and pavers, we constructed walkways that look beautiful while also ensuring longevity and performance against a variety of weather conditions. In addition to the hardscaping, our expert horticulturists selected a variety of native plants that thrive in the climate zone to provide colorful blooms throughout the season. There were challenges, such as sloping lawns and existing drainage issues, which we solved by creating a grading plan and developing drainage that not only resolved the issues, but allowed for a sustainable and flood-resistant landscape. In the end, the highly manicured lawns, beautiful flower beds and tranquil living areas came together to create a landscape inviting for relaxation and leisure. The client was beyond thrilled with the results, and praised the that elegantly tied the architecture of the home and the natural landscape.
