About This Project

Hansen Home Renovation by Liquidscapes Located in tranquil New Vernon, the Hansen home was renovated by Liquidscapes that reflects our commitment to qualitative craftsmanship and innovative designs. The remodel included a comprehensive process that combined nature and architecture for a relaxing outdoor living space. The renovation featured a multi-level patio constructed from high-grade bluestone that allowed for both durability and style. In addition, our team designed a custom fire pit while surrounding it with attractive, low-maintenance perennials and ornamental grasses to provide seasonal interest. We also constructed a natural stone retaining wall enhancing aesthetics while solving drainage concerns we were addressing throughout the property. In conjunction with the hardscaping features we installed, we had the opportunity of refreshing existing garden beds with native plants designed to sustain local habitat concerns while requiring minimal maintenance. The client decided on an irrigation system to help sustain the landscapes viability with no added action needed in order to enjoy the outdoor space. While installing the renovation there were challenges of uneven terrain as well as limited access for trailers and equipment. Regardless of those obstacles, the dedicated team devised ideas to incorporate smaller equipment, hand tools, and location aware implementation to deliver a complete installation without damaging any surrounding areas the would affect. The result is a spectacular landscape that will increase the curb appeal of the Hansen home while creating an accommodating landscape for family gatherings, and events, as well. Our client was extremely pleased and noted that the renovation has made such a difference in their outdoor living experience.
