About This Project

Hardscape by Three Trails LLC We at Three Trails LLC are excited to introduce 'Hardscape', a thoughtfully designed landscape that enhances exterior living in the midwest Kansas city area. Our scope of work was in vibrant commissions like Countryside, Fairway, Kansas City, Lake Quivira, and beyond, taking this small backyard to an incredible outdoor retreat. The hardscape defined an elegant mixture of natural stone pavers, decorative gravel walkways, and striking retaining walls that fit comfortably into the surrounding landscape. During construction, our team perfectly managed uneven terrain, water drainage, and fatigue from the long design and construction process, with proper grading and drainage installed as part of the process while maintaining an attractive and functional exterior space. The focal point of Hardscape is a gorgeous two-tiered patio made up of quality bluestone with custom-cut decorative stone the perfect cap to outdoor entertaining and includes built-in seating and a fire-pit to further enhance the outdoor aesthetic amidst plantings around the shelter. The scope of work on this far exceeded our client's expectations - a seamless indoor/outdoor connection that added aesthetic appeal to their home. The owners loved the space, enjoyed its beauty, and recognized the addition created more value for their home.
