The entire maintenance is established to improve the visual attractiveness and useful quality of a multi-tenant commercial property. The various landscaping elements, such as precisely mowed lawns, colorful flower beds, and woody shrubbery were all part of an effort not only to improve aesthetics, but make clients and visitors feel they were entering somewhere special. Using high-quality materials, including sustainable/eco mulch, native plants, and durable hardscaping items, many challenges were faced. The first challenge was soils. The final landscape was stunning, with sustainable materials contributing to the professionalism of the tenants within the property. The area was filled with lushness and jabbing colors suited for every season of spring, summer, and fall, without any winter maintenance or activity. The end result was a beautifully ordered, and sustainable community hub.
