### Farmhouse at Pritchard Residence At ServeScape, we are skilled at transforming outdoor landscapes, and the Farmhouse at Pritchard Residence is a great representation of our quality and commitment to innovation. Positioned in the beautiful area of Milton, Georgia, this involved reimagining the exterior of the property to establish a fully developed rustic farmhouse aesthetic, which included using landscaping methods that allow for the latest techniques in landscape design. This began with a full site analysis to understand the unique characteristics of the property. Through our hard work and commitment to ourexperience, our team was able to overcome challenges with terrain that wasn't level, some existing drainage issues, and a whole host of other unforeseen challenges. All of this work ultimately resulted in developing a grading plan which managed waterflow appropriately to mitigate future erosion once alterations were in place, and to create a welcoming landscape environment. We utilized a bountiful mix of native plants to assist with the aesthetic, while simultaneously offering a plan that was both sustainable and easy to maintain. In summary, our landscape plan featured an assortment of perennial flowers and ornamental grasses intermixed with shade trees in native varieties, which produced beautiful blooms and color affording range and texture throughout our growing seasons. We incorporated a series of natural stone pathways leading to a cool and collected seating area featuring a beautiful fire pit, which if used often can provide cozy memories for friends and family while relaxing on those cool evenings under the stars. In addition, we built a special custom wooden pergola which could accommodate climbing vines so that the area was a shaded space for respite or just to enjoy the outdoors. We utilized locally sourced materials whenever possible not only to mostly support the community and local economies, but also to ensure the durability of the built elements while also looking like and being in harmony with the landscape surrounding the direction of the home with their rustic and natural appeal. In short, the result of the was a beautifully cohesive outdoor living space that achieved the client's vision, but ultimately enhanced the visual appeal of the Pritchard residence. Because of our quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, the clients were truly thrilled to have their dream landscape finally become a reality.
