About This Project

Peachtree Corners Residence by ServeScape Located in the Peachtree Corners community, this residential landscaping by ServeScape is a culmination of quality and creativity. We began the with an extensive design that blended the natural flow and topography of the property with modern design sensibilities that opened the property to its surrounding environment. Some of the features of the included the installation of a natural stone patio, fabricated with regional flagstone, that gives the site a rustic, robust outdoor living environment. We also added a fire pit that was custom built to create inviting lounging areas for families to entertain and socialize. To enhance the green backdrop, we selected and planted a range of native shrubs and perennials, such as azaleas and ornamental grasses, that provide seasonal color throughout the year while requiring very little maintenance. We topped the garden beds with eco-friendly mulch and used drip irrigation to conserve water while providing the plants with enough moisture while keeping the sightlines clear, all while addressing sustainability and still providing aesthetics. Initially, there was a challenge with integrated drainage during periods of heavy rain due to existing topography. Our team utilized their extensive experience by designing an informed grading plan that incorporated visibly-placed French drains within the site. This concluded with an aesthetically pleasing outdoor sanctuary that fully realized the client's vision while also enriching the beauty and functionality of their home.
