About This Project

Dorsey Residence by ServeScape At ServeScape, we specialize in designing outdoor space into beautiful landscapes that embody the vision of our clients. The Dorsey Residence , located in the scenic Duluth suburb, showcases a commitment to quality and creativity. This all-encompassing landscaping involved re-envisioning the front and back yards with an eye on maximizing curb appeal while achieving a tranquil oasis for family gathering. We used quality materials, including locally sourced stone for the pathways, and perennial and annual plants to achieve year-long vibrant color. One of the challenges of this was the slope of the property causing the design to consider tiered garden beds to add interest and facilitate drainage. The ServeScape team executed advanced grading, and engineered a natural boulder retaining wall, which tied functional infrastructure to beautiful design. The coolest thing we built was an outdoor kitchen, with a stone pizza oven and granite countertops to entertain. The outdoor kitchen space is surrounded by a lush garden of native plants to foster biodiversity and limit water usage. In the end, the Dorsey Residence is a truly dynamic outdoor living space that is incredibly beautiful to each homeowner. The blend of hardscape, softscape, and purposeful made certain the expectations were far exceeded. The Dorsey Residence signifies ServeScape's commitment to an excellent landscape experience for the greater Atlanta area.
