Summary: Palau Balcony LandFluent Landscape Architecture is pleased to introduce the 'Palau Balcony' - a stunning transformation of an external outdoor space combining luxury and nature in the beautiful coastal setting of Laguna Beach. LandFluent is entrusted by clients in Aliso Viejo, Capistrano Beach and beyond to deliver a peaceful balcony oasis that boosts curb appeal and serves as a relaxing space to rejuvenate the mind and body. The design composition is predicated on a curated balance of nature and contemporary style. The design included many native drought resistant plants from vibrant succulents to fresh herbs that will thrive in the coastal community climate and attract local wildlife pollinators. The centerpiece of this balcony - a custom built wooden planter box made from sustainable teak materials that added function and warmth to the overall environment. Given the limited space to work with, LandFluent designed and engineered multi-level terraces into the design to create an array of plant height and texture that would offer depth and interest. A sleek glass railing was used to remain unobtrusive against the ocean views and still design the space for safety. Quality was a defining feature in this . We used the highest grade materials starting with the natural stone pavers that cover a deep earthy tone to be harmonious with the surrounding environment. The final was stylish yet functional for our clients to invite family and friends to gather in their outdoor living room. Our clients love the final product and told us that the "Palau Balcony" has quickly become their favorite go-to spot to enjoy their morning coffee or to watch the sunset. Ultimately, this delivered LandFluent's promise of quality and commitment to excellence, creativity and sustainability, all of which enhances the beauty of homes in our community and the lives of people who live in them.
