Pendleton By TG&R Landscape Group Located in Fort Mill, Pendleton demonstrates TG&R Landscape Group's strength and aptitude in the successful design and implementation of landscaping. TG&R works in the communities of Catawba, Edgemoor, Ft Mill, India Hook, Lando, Lesslie, Newport, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, and Van Wyck. This residential property was transformed into a peaceful paradise, combining beauty and function. Design and excavation began with a full Assessment of the site and its challenges; differences in hillside slopes and sun exposure were analyzed, and the property was laid out for multi-level landscapes. Quality craftsmanship involved the painstaking design of native plantings and landscapes as well as sourcing stone from local stone suppliers to ensure the types of materials were durable and less environmentally-ruinous. Durable pavers were also coupled with the local stone and multi-levels of the landscape design. To enhance the visual and sensory effects, native landscapes with vibrant perennials and grasses were included. One of the key features of the Pendleton landscape is the custom-designed water feature created to set the atmosphere and focal point of the landscape, providing subtle sound throughout the property. In addition to the focal elements of Pendleton landscapes, gardens were added to provide texture and color elements. During the manageable challenges and obstacles during the , we addressed drainage issues and slope stability with functional solutions and practicality. Grading and irrigation systems were added that could withstand rainfall, ensure durability, and provide quality water to the native planted materials. Pendleton landscaping met expectation for our clients to obtain a beautifully-wrapped yard for relaxing, entertaining, etc. Every aspect from entryway to garden retreat showcases the artisan quality and craftsmanship of TG&R landscape designers, and further validate TG&R landscaping commitment to converting outdoor space into landscapes that reflect a client's hopes and needs.
