Patio Makeover Designer: Ben Young Landscape Design Located in the beautiful Sun Valley, ID, and NY, NY, The 'Patio Makeover' is an outdoor space update designed and carried out by Ben Young Landscape Design. Forming one half of the centrepiece of what ultimately became a multipurpose space for entertaining and relaxing for the clients, this ambitious would rise to the challenge. The makeover, which included the addition of the high-quality, durable paver patio featuring natural stone and permeable pavers, was recently recognized with an award, the company announced in a press release. Not only did this accomplishment make for a visually appealing walk, it also provided outstanding drainage to the existing form that had a water retention/water pooling issue. Then, the home added an outdoor kitchen featuring an in-built grill along with granite countertops to provide operational beauty. Ben Young Landscape Design added lush perennial gardens with native plants that suit the climate of the area while requiring minimal upkeep and bringing seasonal color. LED lighting dotted around the patio provided perfect evening warmth. During the , our team successfully met challenges presented by uneven ground and historical drainage challenges. Through pre-planning and a methodical approach to design and development, we were not only able to eliminate these headaches but ultimately turned out a product that better suited the client. The end product was a stunning outdoor space that balanced both form and function, and our client was thrilled to have a new place to dine with family and entertain friends. The 'Patio Makeover' showcases the fine craftsmanship quality and innovation of Ben Young Landscape Design, meeting the individual needs of customers throughout the East Coast.
