High Rise Patio Garden by Coogan's Design Build Coogan's Design Build is excited to present the 'High Rise Patio Garden,' an urban escape that takes outdoor living in high-rise living to the next level, located in the heart of Charlotte. This showcases our commitment to quality and design to clientele in Charlotte and surrounding suburban areas, such as Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, and Ballantyne. The High Rise Patio Garden is a blend of tasteful planting and modern design. Our team made carefully planned selections of a variety of drought-resistant plants succulents, ornamental grasses, and flowering perennials with the intent of providing color and texture all year long. Quality materials, such as reclaimed wood for the raised planting beds, and modern porcelain tiles on the patio surface are used to accentuate the garden’s design and promote sustainability. One of the main challenges we faced in this was access to site and materials, requiring creative solutions to safely transport materials and access the space. Our experience in the industry led us to devise a comprehensive plan, which included cranes and specialized equipment for maneuvering the urban living landscape. The final outcome is a beautiful patio garden that allows for a calming respite from the active city. Multiple seating arrangements framed with thoughtfully planned plants offer an experience to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Ambient lighting truly rounds out the space and provides a sense of whimsy, as well as an overall sense of comfort until dusk settles in. The clients are extremely pleased with the outcome and are now enjoying their very own backyard "oasis." In addition to their living experience increasing, the client also benefits from the gain in appraisal value of the space as well. The 'High Rise Patio Garden' demonstrates Coogan's Design Build ability to provide custom landscaping solutions with the urban living experience in mind, and allows for beauty and functionality coexist.
