Oakshire Drive Residence The Oakshire Drive Residence from Russ Cletta Design Studio, Inc., located in the prominent Oakshire Drive neighborhood, embodies a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, a great landscaping design, and originality. This melds the beauty of landscape architecture and design with the essence of nature. It is part of the ultra-high-end neighborhoods in Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and the greater Los Angeles landscape. Our studio prioritized the outdoor space and created an enchanting landscape with native plants and drought-tolerant supporting landscape, built hardscapes in specific locations throughout the garden space, and added an eye-catching focal feature of a custom stone water feature that promotes soothing sounds while adding beauty and draws possible local wildlife to the property and helps to create a biodiverse community. We were presented with the opportunity to also address the elevation and slope of an existing hillside, which we successfully accomplished by creating tiered garden beds that provide a visual appeal while ensuring water can drain correctly. Our landscaping team sourced high-quality materials such as local natural stone, reclaimed wood, and sustainable pavers to incorporate into the outdoor area, promoting durability and sustainability. The included creating an elegant and oversized patio seating area designed for hosting friends, surrounded by various greenery and landscape lighting to warm up the evening ambiance. We also added a modern fire pit to further enhance the experience of activity, comfort, and relaxation "under the stars," with the landscape remaining low water consumption utilizing native plant selections. The end result was in successful accordance with the client's wishes and pleased the client, while simultaneously enhancing the overall aesthetic of the Oakshire Drive neighborhood. This highlights Russ Cletta Design Studio, Inc.'s attention to quality, process and craftsmanship in one of Los Angeles' pinnacle neighborhoods.
