Front Yard Patio Space by Waibel & Associates Landscape Architecture Located in the community of Ahwatukee, the called "Front Yard Patio Space" exemplifies the craftsmanship and creativity of Waibel & Associates Landscape Architecture. Waibel & Associates Landscape Architecture is known for being active in many communities, such as Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe. Our talented staff redesigns front yards into beautiful outdoor spaces while balancing existing functions with new design elements. This included a large, multi-tiered patio using pavers that were durable and of high quality. The pavers used have a nice texture and color that complements the base of the home. Custom landscaping included native plantings surrounding the patio to increase visual interest while increasing sustainability and decreasing water use. The included outdoor lighting fixtures to have an inviting glow when entertaining after dark, while providing a fire pit as an attractive social centerpiece for family and friends. Highly uneven ground was one of the major hurdles we faced during the . Several feet of grading and stabilizing soil were necessary to create a strong foundation for the hardscape. Our crew provided further detail to the process by utilizing advanced techniques and equipment when installing the patio. What is included is a seamless transition from a hardscape and into a softscape, while working together to complement the overall landscape. The finished design has provided amazing satisfaction to the clients of the as the space is now utilized beautifully for outdoor function and enjoyment.
