The began with a detailed design of the client’s outdoor space and included every detail in our planning and execution of the , which allows us to maintain our high standards in quality and beauty. Our team began the with a unique consideration for the site’s topography and soil types. We installed many native plants for biodiversity and sustainability, while also selecting hardscape options such as natural stone for walkways and retaining walls to match the natural environment. We selected permeable pavers for the upper terrace that not only added beauty but ended up also solving a requirement for drainage and water management. The outdoor living area is a beautiful feature of Morningside Enclave, highlighted by a custom-built pergola and fire pit, which was constructed using local stone to match the lush landscape. This outdoor living area enhances a space for family and friends to gather and adds a functional beauty to enjoy the outdoors. We also considered an efficient and effective irrigation system, assuring that every plant will thrive while conserving water. Our attention to detail continued into the outdoor lighting design; the fixtures were strategically selected to highlight and celebrate the natural beauty of the planting areas while completing the overall outdoor experience. The outcome of the Morningside Enclave was beautiful, and created an outdoor oasis that called for anyone and everyone to get outside and enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings.
