Driveway Landscaping by Sunny Landscaping Sunny Landscaping is excited to share our 'Driveway' , a serious makeover in the lively neighborhood of Summerlin, NV. This offers a wider sense of aesthetics, improved usefulness, and sustainability. The driveway boasts environmentally friendly permeable pavers that allow proper drainage while limiting runoff particularly important in the desert. We painstakingly selected the best stone materials, in a warm and earthy color palette to blend in with the surroundings and create a welcoming front entrance. One of the more difficult obstacles we faced was the unlevel ground, which required quite a bit of grading to create a smooth, level driveway. Our skilled team utilized larger machines and training to reshape the landscape despite the challenges that rocky soil and extensive vegetation presented. To add a little more character to the driveway, we created a decorative landscape along the edges in low-maintenance xeriscape gardens. These gardens will add color with drought-resistant plants such as agave and other native succulents as well as lower the use of water. The final result exceeded the expectations of the client from a functionality and aesthetic perspective. The driveway is both a stunning focal point that works well with the architecture of the home and environmentally friendly.
