Grass Completed by: Sunny Landscaping Sunny Landscaping recently renovated a large residential property in Summerlin, referred to as 'Grass.' Servicing areas from Las Vegas to Boulder City, our company was asked to rehabilitate a property with an empty and unutilized space. Connected by pathways of decorative gravel, the included high-end, drought-resistant sod that is meant to be able to thrive in the desert ecosystem and remain vibrant year-round. In addition to the sod, we also integrated a variety of native plants to create an aesthetic balance with environmental sustainability. Our licensed landscape architects designed the pathways in such a way to create a functional beauty while enabling access to various areas of the yard. One primary challenge for this was the unevenness of the terrain and rocky soil associated with this region. Our team was able to level the ground and amend the soil with organic compost to foster healthy root growth, which is necessary for longevity and sustainability of the grass and plants. We also featured an irrigation system that utilizes smart technology to utilize water smartly and enables our teams to feel confident that their landscape has been designed with environmental responsibility. This turned out to be absolutely beautiful, meeting our clients expectations while showcasing our emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. The green grass allows for an ambiance that is perfect for family gatherings and play, becoming a welcome canvas within the perimeter of the property.
