Sunny Landscaping Front Yard Rejuvenation Sunny Landscaping is excited to share the remarkable transformation of a residence's front yard in Summerlin, which exemplifies our commitment to quality and creativity. This , d “Front Yard,” exemplifies our ability to blend ecological needs with beautiful landscape design, enhance curb appeal, and create a warm welcome for guests. Our design team started with a full review of the current landscape and opportunities to maximize the area, while also fulfilling the client's desire for something low-maintenance yet appealing. We addressed things like the shape of the space, lack of sunlight, and uneven terrain through careful plant selection and the creative application of common design practice. To achieve an even look to the space, we used a colorful mix of drought-tolerant plants that included a variety of succulent choices along with some native, hardy, natural grasses to create a look of maintenance-free botanicals. We used decorative boulders and river rock to draw interest, while also designing a meandering pathway to creat an inviting way to travel through the space composed of sophisticated laging stones. The addition of a custom drip irrigation system ensures activity as a waterwise practice, while also supporting the integrity of various flora types used in the design. The area was then lit with soft outdoor lights directed onto key landscape areas to provide illumination int the evening while sustaining that beauty during sunset. The outcome? A unique front yard that takes your breath away, and speaks to fulfilling the client's vision of a giving, relaxing outdoor space. Bringing our eye for detail and intent of excellence to this front yard left the homeowner delighted with a transformed property that could easily be a getaway.
