About This Project

Summary: Simpsonville Front Yard by Outerior Design Outerior Design is excited to share our 'Simpsonville Front Yard' . We transformed the curb appeal of this lovely home in Simpsonville, serving the surrounding areas of Five Forks, Fountain Inn, Greenville, and Mauldin. Together, we made their vision come to life by complimenting the client's lifestyle and showcasing the beauty of the neighborhood. This consisted of a complex combination of hardscaping and softscaping features. We began with the installation of a custom stone pathway, made of locally sources flagstone, that beautifully wound through the front yard. This provided guests a way to go to the front door, but also added rustic charm. The stone path is also accented with landscape lighting so guests will feel safe in addition to highlighting the beauty of the landscape at night. As for softscaping features, we had an abundance of native plants and perennials that we chose for their hardiness and low maintenance nature. Flowering shrubs such as hydrangeas or azaleas were selected to bring the seasonal flair, and we used ornamental grasses for texture and movement. We also had a new sod installation that added to the lush, green backdrop of tranquility and beauty. The also provided some challenges with uneven terrain and drainage issue. To balance a beautiful landscape with proper drainage and lifespan, we included a french drain to assist water runoff. The outcome achieved a unified front yard and enhanced the property value while showcasing the client's personality. Our client expressed their delight having an inviting place that turned their neighbors heads but provided peace and relaxation with family. The 'Simpsonville Front Yard' is reaffirming for Outerior Design for our quality and design services for to the community. The successful was worth all of our time and effort, and we are proud of the end result.
