Dudley by Yavapai Landscaping Located deep in Prescott, the 'Dudley' represents Yavapai Landscaping's high standard for innovation and excellence in landscape design. This home renovation began with the pure notion of creating an outdoor oasis that naturally encapsulated the beauty of Arizona's surroundings. The involved an extensive xeriscape garden, with native plants such as agave, lavender, and desert marigold. These plants were chosen because they thrive within the Prescott climate, requiring very little water. In addition, we produced aesthetically pleasing natural flagstone paths that extend to an intimate seating area for evening living. Finally, a custom-built fire pit constructed with local stone was precisely placed in the center of the seating area for warmth and ambience, creating a campfire space under the stars. As with every , our team was faced with challenges. In this instance, our challenges included rocky soil, and steep terrain. The professionalism of our workers allowed us to build a landscape that not only was functional, but visually appealing. These workers implemented various techniques, as well as high-quality mulch and soil amendments, all while employing proper drainage to avoid erosion. The end result was a truly stunning outdoor space that pleased the Dudley family; who now enjoy a mystical environment reflecting the ruggedness of Prescott, and their own personalized style.
