About This Project

Lange Residence - Yavapai Landscaping At Yavapai Landscaping, we are passionate creating beautiful outdoor spaces that achieve our clients' dreams and add value to their properties. We recently completed the Lange Residence , which is a we are excited and proud of. Situated in Prescott Valley, this was unique to us because it faced challenges associated with elevations and drought-resistant plants to suit the Arizona climate. We constructed an idyllic retreat by utilizing a multi-tiered garden design highlighted by natural stone retaining walls fabricated from locally harvested granite. This element provided structural stability for the garden while also allowing it to blend into the natural surroundings. Our team incorporated a colorful palette of native flowering plants, desert wildflowers, and succulents that created visual interest throughout the seasons of the year while also limiting water usage. One notable feature of the Lange Residence was the custom flagstone patio that allowed for a gathering place for guests to enjoy the views of the nearby mountains while entertaining. We chose a high-quality, slip-resistant flagstone to enhance safety and durability, considering future weathering of the elements. Next, we included the latest irrigation technology that was targeted for consumer efficiency and demonstrated our commitment to sustainable landscaping. Throughout construction, we encountered hurdles including rocky soil and adherence to strict HOA regulations. However, the team maintained robust communication with each client and respective regulatory authority. In the end, the Lange Residence turned into an attractive oasis that provided functionally elegant application of landscaping. The clients were excited their new outdoor space and praised the craftsmanship for detail, working with nature, and the final product.
