Summary: POTS IN THE LANDSCAPE by Park Slope Design Situated in the idyllic landscapes of Santa Fe and Los Angeles and Albuquerque's unique neighborhoods, Park Slope Design was excited to introduce the 'POTS IN THE LANDSCAPE' to an incredibly patient client who had the confidence in our team to seriously imagine some ornamental pots around their site. The selected fine-quality, handmade ceramic and terracotta materials to respond to the existing environment. Interesting piping and colorful pottery varied in texture, color and environmental presence. We also took the time to assemble a plant palette mixed with native plants and exotic flowers that presented visual experiences throughout the seasons. We populated the pots amid spaces to create visual focus and flow throughout the landscape. Micro climates, of course, challenged the , but we felt this process demanded considered plant selection and pot placement. And we promised to carefully study the site with considerable research before planting a perfect plant for each pot. We implemented drip irrigation in the various pots as well, offering support while conserving water and practicing some level of sustainability in our landscape. The final product was stunningly gorgeous. Plants rushed from pots bursting with color, moving with the Santa Fe sun, beautifully complimented by coastal breeze in Santa Monica. Properties curb appeal and entertainment space had beautiful options and our customer was more than satisfied to see the pots integrated into the movement of the landscape. We try to remind ourselves that every is an opportunity to create user wised outdoor experience. 'POTS IN THE LANDSCAPE' was an opportunity to remind customers of quality craftsmanship in design, and second to client satisfaction in use of our construction serving Santa Fe, Tesuque, Taos, Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Albuquerque and Culver City.
