Dog Run (Prescott Valley) Completion Company: Yavapai Landscaping We completed a Residential Dog Run for a residential client in Prescott Valley where we transformed an ordinary backyard space into a dream come true for any dog lover. We recognized that a safe space for dogs to run and play is of utmost importance to dog owners. With multiple small children, the owner's family is very active. The area was carefully designed for both functionality and appearance. The area utilized high grade, pet-safe, synthetic turf that provides a soft durable surface for dogs to enjoy while preventing muddy paws and upkeep associated with other surfaces. We installed decorative stone edging, a heavy border to not only provide an attractive visual appearance, but also to prevent excessive movement of the turf and maintain high durability for the area. Our team also installed an advanced drainage system to keep the area functional. The design allowed for rainwater to easily drain away from the area while leaving the surface dry and ready for fun. When we arrived, the yard's terrain was quite uneven. Our team was tasked with grading the landscape to create a level surface, while utilizing the natural rock formations to maintain the character of the area. Our team took the time to create an area to play and run, as well as a space that would incorporate the character of the existing landscape. Through a collaborative effort the space was finally completed, which was a welcomed transformation for our client. As promised, the Dog Run space provided a bright, visually pleasing, safe, and fun space for the client's dogs to enjoy. The area transformed into a favorite place for the family to gather while enjoying their dogs. The work on this reflected the craftsmanship and detail that Yavapai Landscaping strives to provide in each of our s. This ultimately reaffirmed our purpose and reasons to exceed client expectations, while also improving the space and character of the outdoor areas in Prescott Valley and its surrounding areas.
