Rochelle, VA #1 - Sunny Pond LLC Located in the idyllic town of Rochelle, Virginia, we at Sunny Pond LLC recently completed a stunning landscaping showcasing our passion for quality and cutting-edge design. Serving the lovely areas of Albemarle County, Greene County, Charlottesville, Ivy, and Harrisonburg, our mission from the outset was to create a beautiful outdoor space that flowed with the surrounding natural features. The landscape was packed with a dramatic expanse of native plants: colorful flowering perennials and leafy shrubsall carefully selected for their maximum benefit based on the local climate. To support sustainable growth, our team carefully installed an advanced irrigation system to maximize manageable watering without degrading the natural environment. To further complicate our ambitious vision, the property was located on a steep slopethis presented a challenge for a property like this, which we overcame by creating terraced garden beds fit with plenty of native and flowering plants. Not only did the terraced beds provide unique landscaping solutions, but they also visually transformed and enhanced the landscape. Beyond terraced garden beds, we designed and installed a custom stone patio with locally sourced bluestone to establish an outdoor gathering space. The natural stone color scheme blended well with the rustic setting of the home, while carefully placed boulders supported the structure and provided an attractive natural element to the landscape. The final product was a display that both exhilarated our client and increased the curb appeal of the property. Achieving the perfect balance of hardscaping and softscaping, the led to a signature expression of our quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
