Stanardsville, VA #1 This job, completed by Sunny Pond LLC, illustrates our dedication to quality in the beautiful countryside of Virginia. Working with this property located in Greene County, we executed plans showcasing our highest quality of landscaping and attention to detail. We took a very big residential property and turned it into a thick beautiful garden, incorporating native plants to promote biodiversity and sustainability. We used the finest locally sourced materials, including natural stone for paths and durable wood for raised garden beds, to create a delicate balance between beauty and usability. Among the developmental challenges encountered, the property contained very uneven terrain that needed exceptionally engineered grading solutions for water drainage. Ultimately, our talented landscape architects developed a series of terraced gardens that functioned well for water drainage but added a visual interest and education that was part of the landscape aesthetic. The end included an incredibly beautiful array of perennial flowers in gardens, other flowering seasonal varieties, and a pond that created visual interest, encouraged wildlife, melted temperatures, and provided a beautiful destination for homeowners. We also provided outdoor living, including a fire pit and seating that would allow for family functions and event gatherings, made the overall yard much more of usable space. Sunny Pond LLC is committed to providing quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
