Dix Hills, NY #1 by Sunny Pond LLC Sunny Pond LLC has completed a transformative landscaping right in the heart of Dix Hills, NY that demonstrates our dedication to quality and client satisfaction. The consisted of creating a large outdoor living space that flows with the existing site while remaining functional and visually appealing. The work consisted of a beautiful stone patio created with a locally sourced bluestone that is durable and timeless in its aesthetic. We built a custom fire pit as a focal point of outdoor socialization set among natural boulders. We also planted a myriad of perennial gardens using native plants for biodiversity and easy-maintenance. As the property had some variation in its terrain, it presented one of the biggest challenges to the . Our landscape architects put together a multi-level garden design that leveled out the area while creating visual interest and better drainage. The design accomplished both goals regarding aesthetics while also ensuring the new plants would thrive. We also installed energy-efficient LED landscape lighting throughout the property to highlight the stonework and planting design, as well as create a warm, inviting atmosphere at night. The end result is a stunning outdoor oasis that our client was thrilled with. They could not have been happier with the natural integration and functionality of the outdoor spaces as an extension of their home.
