iGavel Auctions by LUSH GreenScape Design Located in the lively San Antonio area, LUSH GreenScape Design’s landscaping at iGavel Auctions is a successful combination of functionality and beauty. The company has provided the landscaping for clients as far as Canyon Lake and Alamo Heights. The aligns with the client’s objectives while boosting the property’s curb appeal and creating beautiful spaces for both clients and guests. The started with a site analysis to see what landscaping features would enhance the property. Native plants that thrive in the Texas climate were proposed to create a maintenance-free, sustainable landscape. The utilized drought-tolerant plants like ornamental grasses and flowering perennials to create color throughout the year and provide habitat for wildlife. One of the key aspects of the has an intricate hardscape design, including a modern paver path leading guests through the native landscape. The faced difficulties with the clay site, uneven ground, and drainage from heavy rains. Using innovative grading and drainage solutions, we addressed these challenges to keep the landscape functional and visually attractive. To add to the finish, we created lighting that accentuated the architecture while providing a warm atmosphere for nighttime use. Seating was organized throughout the landscape, using custom benches made from sustainable wood, to provide places for clients and guests to sit back and enjoy the area. The final product is an impressive landscape that reflects the quality and professionalism of LUSH GreenScape Design. The new landscape gives iGavel Auctions a new outdoor space that extends their engagement with clients outdoors and creates a modern approach to landscaping. The client was overjoyed with the and said it has become a part of their branding and effort to engage clients. This exemplified our commitment to excellent work, creativity, as well as thoughtful environmental stewardship, and put iGavel Auctions on the map for the communities we serve.
