Total Rebuild In The Woodlands Share this: El.LEE.Land Design, LLC August 5, 2020 THE WOODLANDS: COMPLETE & SPLIT-LEVEL RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION Complete Renovation of a Private Residence | The Woodlands That is why our expert staff took on this ambitious and did the most beautiful and functional work we can to serve local communities such as Conroe, Houston, Magnolia, Spring, Woodloch, Cut and Shoot, Panorama Village, and Willis. The redesign included a complete landscape re-do integrating native plantings, hardscaping, and sustainable practices. Natural stone paths, composite deck flooring, and custom timber elements helped us ensure flow from inside to out. Our talented designers had the difficult task of grading challenges on the site, but very non-traditional drainage measures were taken to avoid too much water presence and to allow the plants to grow properly. The focal point of the is the large outdoor living space with its custom-designed pergola, fire pit and calming water feature that creates atmosphere in the overall landscape. Drought-tolerant plants not only save water, but also provide plenty of color and texture throughout the year. A proper and nice lighting plan increases the beauty but also the safety of the place, so that you can enjoy your evenings in the outside area. The end result was well beyond what our client imagined, redefining their space and providing a value that marries beauty and nature. This embodies not just our attention to the but our promise to create sustainable landscapes that our clients can enjoy for years to come!
