About This Project

Yellow Mansion Landscape Enhancement LandServe, LLC, often referred to by its tagline, “Landscapes for life!” is pleased to announce the completion of the landscaping at the esteemed Yellow Mansion. Located in the center of an idyllic community, this exemplifies our focus on integrity and ingenuity in outdoor design. The task was to develop a landscape that balanced and looked natural, while honoring the mansion and its grandeur. Our team started with an in-depth site assessment around soil quality, drainage, and sun exposure. The design is tasteful, integrating native plantings in combination with selected hardscape materials. We use a beautiful selection of perennials, ornamental grasses, and flowering shrubs that bloom different colors during the seasons for an abundant and dynamic palette year-round. The pathway flowing through the gardens consists of local bluestone that has been custom cut and fitted, and directs visitors to various points of interest, like a koi pond, gazebo, etc. We were faced with a remarkably unique topography, so it was necessary to implement tiered gardens in the design to incorporate relief and water run-off. The sustainable materials and eco-friendly practices used in the design henceforth demonstrate our environmental sustainability. Ultimately what was created is a beautiful landscape that portrays the delicacy of the Yellow Mansion while providing a serene experience for the owners and their guests. Our clients were ecstatic the outcome, noting it was everything they had hoped and our attention to detail with how the landscape integrated perfectly with the architecture of the mansion. LandServe, LLC is creating landscapes that enrich life, and the Yellow Mansion is a remarkable example of that.
