Native California plants were selected for their ability to thrive in the coastal climate and to attract birds and butterflies to the garden, including bright poppies and aromatic sage. The attention to detail and materials used to create the were vital in delivering the vision. Sustainable sourced flagstone is expertly laid out to form walkways between garden beds, connecting to the interior spaces of the home, with curvilinear placements to add to the aesthetic of the landscape. A custom cedar trellis provides shade and is efficiently decorated with jasmine climbing vines that emit a pleasant and welcoming fragrance. Steep grades on site posed a challenge during the , however, our team designed terraced garden beds that both elevated the visual beauty of the landscape and facilitated water drainage and prevention of erosion for healthy plants. At completion, our client is delighted with this beautiful and tranquil outdoor living area that represents their love for nature. A beautiful water feature further enhances the outdoor space by adding soothing sounds and inviting the coexistence of native fish, all while encouraging ultimate relaxation and connection to a vibrant ecological environment.
