About This Project

Campaigne Residence by LUSH GreenScape Design Located in the stunning terrain of Canyon Lake, the Campaigne property exhibits the talents and creativity that are present in identified LUSH GreenScape Design. This challenging residential landscape turned a modest yard into an outdoor vacation and welcomed opportunities to connect it to the environment. Our firm faced the challenge of blending multiple landscape elements while keeping with sustainable and low-maintenance principles. To start, we repaired the existing property, improved its drainage with designed French drains, to prevent seasonal flooding. The design takes pride in its use of local native plants, including wildflowers and other drought-tolerant perennials, with recommendations to enhance biodiversity and reduce water use. In addition to the native beds, we created custom stone pathways made from local flagstone to provide guests with access to the lush beds of perennials, and a calming water feature with a recirculating stream and koi pond as a focal point to read and relax around. To enhance the functionality of the property, we built a large outdoor living area composed of natural wood decking, to host and enjoy views of the hill country backing. Embed quality aesthetics with sustainable reclaimed wood and natural stone ensured the aesthetic quality of the design and kept with our environmentally-minded practices. The entire exceeds expectations for both necessary function and aesthetic balance; a sustainable design. The Campaigne property is now a reflection of LUSH GreenScape Design's craftsmanship and forward-thinking landscaping. The overjoyed new owners can now enjoy their personal private oasis that supports ceremonial and casual use while successfully showing off an improved Texas outdoor living opportunity.
