Recently, we completed a situated in Silver Spring, MD, called "Steps & Mulching." This exemplified a fantastic combination of function and beauty while satisfying the client's request for a welcoming entry into their home. First, we started with the installation of beautiful, natural stone steps. A premium quality of bluestone was specified because of durability and beauty; we wanted our steps to endure the test of time while providing enhancement to the home. Each stone was placed with care and precision so the steps would blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. On this , our skilled team dealt with a slope and found time to level the ground and set a stable base for the steps so that the two ran smoothly together while allowing safety and ease of entry. To finish the job, we placed a fresh layer of premium mulch throughout all the garden beds. By using a dark organic hardwood mulch, the sharpness of the color against the green background showed some contrast and offered many properties to including moisture retention and weeds control. Our team took the time to patch old mulch and debris back to a like-new appearance. The finished product was spectacular. The bluestone and mulch paired beautifully and made a clean, inviting outdoor area. The new features also increased the invigoration in curb appeal of the house. The satisfied client expressed their amazement at the high-caliber quality of our work, and how it transformed their landscape to a much better outdoor experience.
